Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of web design and development services by LNRmade ("we", "us", "our") to any individual or business ("Client", "you") that engages our services, whether via our website (lnrmade.com), email, or any other channel.
By engaging LNRmade, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services
LNRmade provides freelance web design and development services, primarily using Framer. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon individually before work commences, either in writing via email or through a project proposal/brief.Project Process
A typical project follows these phases: discovery and briefing, design and development, client review and revisions, and final delivery. The exact process will be outlined at the start of each engagement. Work does not begin until the project scope and initial payment (if applicable) have been confirmed.Pricing & Payment
All pricing is agreed upon in advance and communicated in writing. Unless otherwise stated:
• Prices are quoted in euros (EUR).
• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
LNRmade reserves the right to adjust pricing for scope changes or additional work requested after the initial agreement.Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your project before the design phase begins and receive a full refund of any payments made. Once the design phase has commenced, no refunds will be issued, as significant time and resources will have been allocated to your project.
To cancel before the design phase, please notify us in writing at lnrmade@outlook.com.Client Responsibilities
To enable timely delivery, the Client agrees to:
• Provide all required content, materials, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure they have the rights to all content and materials supplied to LNRmade.
• Respond to review requests within an agreed-upon timeframe. Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines.Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design and deliverables transfers to the Client. LNRmade retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or tools used in the project are subject to their respective licences. The Client is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with any licence terms following delivery.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.Limitation of Liability
LNRmade will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of any website or tool, as this may be affected by third-party platforms (such as Framer). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LNRmade shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Our total liability in relation to any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that project.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.Changes to These Terms
LNRmade reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and reflected by updating the effective date. For ongoing projects, the Terms in effect at the time of agreement apply.Contact
